Use Palm (use-palm.com) is operated by Sparrow Ventures, a sole trader based in New Zealand ("Use Palm", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
Use Palm is a subscription tool that generates AI content from what you upload or describe — AI drone-style property walkthrough videos from your property photos, images from text prompts, and short vertical video clips for social content. We may add, change, or remove tools and features over time.
You need an account to use the service. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Let us know right away if you believe your account has been compromised.
Use Palm runs on monthly subscription plans, each with a set number of credits per billing period. Generating content costs credits; the exact cost per generation is shown on each tool's page. Credits reset at the start of each billing period and don't roll over — unused credits are not carried into the next period.
Subscriptions are billed in advance and processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us (via Stripe) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard, which takes you to Stripe's billing portal.
You can cancel your subscription at any time; it will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and you won't be charged again after that. Because credits are consumed as you generate content, we don't offer refunds for partially used billing periods except where required by law.
You keep ownership of whatever you upload to Use Palm — property photos, reference images, and prompts. By uploading content, you give us the license we need to process it (including sending it to our AI providers) in order to generate your output and operate the service. You're responsible for making sure you have the right to upload and use any content you provide, and that it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights.
Once generated, you own the output Use Palm creates for you (the videos and images produced from your prompts and uploads), and you're free to use it — including commercially — subject to your active subscription and these Terms. Because generation is AI-driven, we can't guarantee that any specific output is unique, free of resemblance to other generated content, or fit for a particular purpose. You're responsible for reviewing generated content before you publish or rely on it.

The Use Palm software, website, and branding are our property (or licensed to us) and aren't covered by the license you grant us over your own content. Nothing in these Terms gives you rights to our trademarks, logo, or underlying technology.
Use Palm relies on third-party providers to operate — including Supabase (database, storage, authentication), Stripe (payments), BytePlus and Higgsfield (AI generation), Resend (email), Cloudflare (bot protection), and Vercel (hosting). We're not responsible for outages or issues caused by these providers, though we'll do our best to keep the service running smoothly.
Use Palm is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will meet your expectations. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sparrow Ventures' total liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
You can stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, or discontinue the service with reasonable notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and any disputes will be handled in New Zealand courts.
We may update these Terms as the service evolves. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
