Use Palm (use-palm.com) is operated by Sparrow Ventures, a sole trader based in New Zealand ("Use Palm", "we", "us"). This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use the service, why we collect it, and how it's handled.
Account information. When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, and a password (stored securely, hashed, by our authentication provider — we never see or store it in plain text).
Content you provide. Use Palm's tools work by processing what you give them. Depending on which tool you use, this includes: photos you upload for AI Property Walkthrough, reference images you upload for Image Generator or Reel Generator, and the text prompts you write to guide generation.
Generated content and usage history. We store the images and videos Use Palm generates for you, along with a history of your generations and how many credits each one used, so you can find and re-download your past work.
Payment information. Subscription billing is handled entirely by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card number — Stripe passes us only what we need to manage your subscription (such as your plan, billing status, and a customer reference ID).
Basic technical data. We log IP addresses on sign-up and certain requests for rate-limiting and fraud/abuse prevention (for example, to stop scripted account creation).
We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
Producing your generated content requires sending your prompts and uploaded images to third-party AI providers, who process them to generate the output. We use:

Use Palm is built on top of a small number of trusted infrastructure providers, each handling a specific part of the service:
We keep your account information, uploaded content, and generated content for as long as your account is active, so your generation history stays available to you. If you delete your account, we delete your personal data and stored content within a reasonable period, except where we're required to keep records (for example, billing records) for legal or tax purposes.
We rely on our infrastructure providers' security practices (encryption in transit and at rest, access controls) and apply our own access restrictions on top — for example, your uploaded and generated content is only readable by your own account. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020, you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you and to request correction of it. You can also ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to protect the sign-up form from bots. We don't use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
Use Palm is not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
We may update this policy from time to time as the service changes. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated policy.
